Most job boards expose personal data and flood inboxes with spam, while recruiters waste hours on unqualified CVs and long email chains.

Our Solution

We built an anonymous, data-driven talent marketplace: candidates create private profiles, an AI matching engine scores them against live vacancies, and details are shared only after both sides opt-in. Built-in chat, salary bands, and skill tags streamline the entire hiring funnel.

The Results

In the three-month private beta Talento matched 320 anonymised engineer profiles with 42 hiring teams, generating 78 interviews and 26 accepted offers. Pilot companies reported a 35 % faster time-to-hire and rated candidate fit 4.6/5 compared with traditional sourcing.
